Welcome to the MPAA Cheerleading Page.  We are excited you have chosen our association! Below you will find contact information as well as registration if it's active for the upcoming season.  All other information can be found on our Documents page.  

Cheer Update 6/19

Good Morning PYFA Cheer Families

Saturday, June 20th, we will be holding our Drive Up Fittings at Mountain Park from 10am - 2pm

When you arrive, we will have someone directing you where to park.  Stay in your car and a volunteer will come to you.  They will bring you a clipboard with a sizing guide.  Registrations will be done electronically and our volunteers will be standing by to assist you with the process if help is needed.

We will not be trying clothing on this year as a means to stay safe and social distance.

If you want to skip the lines, you are welcome to register for camp wear online beginning Saturday morning June 20th .  The camp wear fitting guide will be posted to the MPAA website, under the documents section of the Cheerleading tab.

Cheerleading Registration will remain open until July 10th.

As a reminder we will have a Nurse Practitioner on-site performing physical.  The cost is $15 per Cheerleader.

PYFA Cheerleading will be holding our first DRIVE UP registration on Saturday, June 6th at Mountain Park Park from 10am - 1pm.  We will be set up in the parking lot outside of the Depot.

Here, you will be able to fill out all pertinent paperwork and register online without having to get out of your car.  Please also bring a copy of your birth certificate to turn in for our records.

We will have a tent set up, on the other side of the parking lot, with a Nurse Practitioner onsite to perform Physical Exams.  As a reminder Physicals are mandatory for all Cheerleaders and must be filled out on the specific GFL form.

Cost is $15 per Cheerleader.  Cash is preferred but credit cards will be accepted with fees.

We understand the past few months have been challenging for everyone with that in mind, we have taken this time to re-evaluate cost for this season.  Registration cost will remain at $280 but we have been able to negotiate some things and now there is more included.

Included In Registration:

-Cheer Camp (This is in partnership with Parkview High School, where our High School Cheerleaders teach our youth athletes Cheers and a Half-Time Routine)

-Camp Wear (As a reminder there will be no Cheerleading Uniforms this year, this is a decision made by the GFL and applies to all Associations)

-Pom poms (These were previously going to be an additional items that would need to be purchased during Camp Wear Fittings)  


-Gameday Bow

-GFL Insurance and Fees

-Cheer-off Fees

-1 ticket to Corky Kell

-Half-time Music 

-Stunt Clinic

-Online Registration Fees

Outside of registration fees you will have to pay Spirit Fees of $50 and purchase Cheerleading Shoes that will cost $30.

On 6/20 we will have a DRIVE BY FITTING where you will order all your Camp Wear and Shoes.  

There will be additional items, such as leggings, warm-up jackets, etc.,  available to order but those items will be optional and not mandatory items to purchase.
